Welcome to Dreams to Dollars
The Dreams to Dollars: Kids CEO Lab is a youth empowerment program created by Crown Regal Pathways to introduce young people to the building blocks of leadership, business, financial literacy, personal development, and goal-setting.
This program was created for youth who are ready to dream bigger, build stronger confidence, and begin learning how their gifts, ideas, and talents can turn into purpose and opportunity.
Through interactive activities, guided instruction, team engagement, and motivational support, participants will be encouraged to grow into confident young leaders who understand the value of responsibility, creativity, and smart decision making.
What Youth Will Experience
Participants in the Dreams to Dollars: Kids CEO Lab will engage in a dynamic, hands-on learning experience designed to build confidence, creativity, and real-world skills. Over the course of 10 sessions (2 days per week, 3 hours each), youth will:
• Learn how to become more self-sufficient and independent thinkers
• Explore entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and money management
• Develop and bring their own business ideas to life
• Participate in hands-on product creation, including designing and selling items such as T-shirts and other goods
• Strengthen communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Learn how to turn their creativity into income-generating opportunities
This program is designed to meet youth where they are and challenge them to think beyond limitations while building real-life skills they can use immediately.
Real-World Learning & Exposure
Dreams to Dollars goes beyond the classroom. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in real-world experiences that expose them to success, business ownership, and career pathways.
Youth will:
Attend field trips to successful entrepreneur establishments and business locations.
Learn directly from business owners and professionals.
Gain insight into what it truly takes to build and sustain a business.
Explore different industries and possibilities for their future.
These experiences are designed to inspire, motivate, and expand each participant’s vision of what is possible.
Kids CEO Pitch Day Experience
At the conclusion of the program, participants will showcase everything they have learned during the Kids CEO Lab Pitch Day.
During this final session, youth will:
• Present their business ideas and products
• Demonstrate their growth, creativity, and leadership
• Share their journey with parents, families, and community supporters
